How to Achieve your dreams: Be the one you want to be
- Utilize each second to its best: Utilize your time fully and up to the most, the day when you will think IAS, you will live IAS and you will sleep IAS then only you will get it. So you have to focus more and more , your energy should flow in this direction only. No complex thinkings, no future thinkings, just IAS, no fights, no gossips and no altercations.“Yesterday is gone. Tomorrow has not yet come. We have only today. Let us begin.”
- Behavior: When you will be an IAS you should have a good and educated behavior, try to be like that, be serious in studies and in thinking, speaking, and walking too. Your behavior is your impression, its your image, a joker could not be a strict man and never let you prove yourself each time, show it by your behavior. It comes with hardwork and dedication. Dont talk and act foolishly but be yourself. If you want to prove something then first make yourself some one."Behavior is a mirror in which everyone displays his own image"
- Motivate: If you feel less motivated , try to remember those moments of life which made you take this decision and if not then also concentrate on your work. Always Remember "Work is your only god". Be damn serious towards your work and respect your time. Reach your goals and get them on time. Its of no worth to get a gold mine two days before you die.
"Rest is for them who dont have their work as fun". - Think Constructively: Each moment , each day is precious for you. Even if you are baffled think constructively, fill yourself with positive thoughts. If you cannot then see images, read positive books and read your favorite motivational book or 'Gita'.Never let anything make you down as if you feel guilt, you will loose some precious time. Even if there is a feeling of guilt walkover and work fast again.
“Believe in yourself! Have faith in your abilities! Without a humble but reasonable confidence in your own powers you cannot be successful or happy.” - Hard work: You must do hardest work to achieve this big goal. More hard work means more dedication to studies, thinking of studies in such a way that you have no moments , no topics left later to regret on. As Vivek Sir said this mission should be a 'no regret mission'. Take everyday as a challenge and increase your knowledge by pushing the hardest of you. Remember only knowledge gained with hardwork will make you success. Push up , Buck up Come on you can do it. It's your love, your life and your duty. If you want to be an IAS the way you want then you must use each and every day fully. Hard work should be complimented by a good character because a god character develops a powerful mind which in turn is capable of working hard.
“I'm a greater believer in luck, and I find the harder I work the more I have of it” - Discipline and Concentration: No any success comes without discipline. Every great sage has said 'discipline means doing all your works on time'. No any other distraction , any pleasure should deviate you if you are disciplined. Its a fast , its a mission don't let yourself get down by any of the distractions around you. Get go and hit the target with all your purity of character and hard work.“I'm a greater believer in luck, and I find the harder I work the more I have of it”
- Patience: Don't try to run too fast be calm , cool and patient. Do not let your mind dance on emotions, emotions can break your concentration. You have to develop emotional intelligence and do not let your self knocked down in case of emergencies. Don't worry too much about the work in hand to be completed , you just move consistently and be the tortoise who won the race , not by running fast but by walking continuously. Pray to God and your inner self for peace and success, it will give you what you want, but you have to keep asking yourself for this and there will be a day when you will be having it.
“The two hardest tests on the spiritual road are the patience to wait for the right moment and the courage not to be disappointed with what we encounter.”*If you can follow all these simple rules, there is nothing which can stop you from succeeding*
